Generative AI is changing the way we access information online with tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Microsoft’s Bing Chat, and Google’s Bard. These tools use large language models to predict the next words to be generated in a conversation. While these chatbots are powerful and interactive, they are also trained on data sets that have biases and can generate nonsensical, offensive, or incorrect responses. It is futile to suggest not using these tools, but it is important to have a framework to understand how they work, how to think about them, and whether to trust them. The prototype of generative AI is out of the garage, and it has been unleashed without any kind of industry-standard guardrails in place.

We tested ChatGPT-4, Bing Chat, and Bard, comparing their features and overall performance. Read our review for the results! #chatbotreview #AItech
