Apple’s upcoming mixed reality headset launch is reportedly causing skepticism among some of its employees. While some individuals working on the project have apparently exited due to concerns, others question the device’s potential success, given its expected retail price of $3,000. Though it’s expected to debut during Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference in June, Apple employees have reportedly questioned whether the product fixes a problem, as previous company innovations like the iPod and iPhone had done. Still, sources suggest Apple is still on target to launch the headset during WWDC due to the ongoing manufacturing process.
