Twitter has announced that it has made changes to its Twitter Blue subscription program, including expanding its availability globally and reducing the waiting period for new users to subscribe from 90 days to 30 days. Twitter Blue was originally launched by Elon Musk and offered verification marks to users. However, the original rollout was withdrawn after numerous accounts impersonated brands, politicians, and celebrities. In addition, Twitter has announced that it will be discontinuing its legacy verification checkmarks for public figures from April 1st. Twitter’s verified organization service currently costs $1,000 per month plus $50 per affiliate.
