Visit Facebook and login to your account.
Click on down menu and click on Settings to backup Facebook Data. As shown below.

In settings from the left side, menu click Your Facebook Information.
Under Your Facebook Information click View in Download Your Facebook Data/Information tab. As shown below.

On Download Your Facebook Data/Information page under New File tab choose Date Range, Format and Quality. After completing New File tab settings, scroll down to Your Information tab and choose what you would like to backup Posts, Stories, comments, messages and etc. As shown below.

Once done, simply click Create File. Now, wait for a few minutes or hours depending upon your data size and quality you choose.

Here you have successfully backup your Facebook data. Once your data is ready to download you will be notified through your registered email.

How To Download Your Facebook Data

Once you receive a notification mail from Facebook i.e.: Your Facebook information File is ready.
Visit Facebook and login to your account.

Click on down menu and click on Settings to backup Facebook Data. As shown below.

In settings from the left side, menu clicks Your Facebook Information.
Under Your Facebook Information click View in Download Your Facebook Data/Information tab. As shown below.

On Download Your Facebook Data/Information page, click Available Files.

Here click on Download, Now enter the password and click Submit. As shown below.

Now, downloading will start. Wait for a few minutes depending upon your file size and internet speed.

Once downloaded, simply unzip the file to get access to your Facebook data.
