Cisco has released artificial intelligence (AI)-powered enhancements across its Webex suite to provide a range of functionalities that ensure hybrid work experiences with automation, while also protecting customer privacy. The updates include features in collaboration, workspace and customer experience categories, and build on the AI and machine learning features used in Cisco products. Video intelligence, which the company is expanding to web conferencing operating system RoomOS, uses facial and voice recognition technology to capture the best angles of the active speaker and ensure that remote workers feel included.
